Kim was absolutely amazing in making me feel comfortable during my permanent eyeliner procedure. She made sure i was comfortable throughout. She is highly knowledgeable in application and educated me on the process and healing time. I can say i can absolutely trust her work as her lines are so precise and crisp and she listens to what results you wish to achieve. Kim knows her stuff, i would highly reccomend Thank you.

Great spa I had my eyelashes extensions done there and Chloé did an excellent job, I went back today for a fill and she did exactly what I asked of her, I would like to mention how clean the space is and how attentive the staff are, and very polite as well, I would recommend them for any of their treatments, overall an excellent experience. I just finished my spa day and as usual, I have been treated like a princess. Vivian is an excellent beautician, I can't wait till my next appointment.

Very clean, nice salon! My spa pedicure was amazing, especially the hot rock massage. And everyone was so nice and friendly here. I didn’t have to wait at all and was taken right away to the lovely massage chairs for my pedicure.

Experienced an amazing Ayurvedic Indian head massage and foot massage by Robby, what a nice guy, so professional and just has a beautiful aura about him. Thank you for the amazing experience.

My elderly mom and I went for facials at the same time and were blown away by the excellent service. All levels - from booking, to being greeted upon arrival, to service and paying - were exceptional. I can’t wait to return.

Had the Abhyanga massage. First time going. Loved it. Very clean and everyone was so helpful . Thank you Robbie.

I love Serendipity! I've been to several day spas in the city but this is now my go-to spot. Emily provides the best manicures and pedicures. Her attention to detail and the client care she shows is so appreciated. The other staff members are wonderful as well, including Laura at the front desk, so helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

Went here for services by Kayleen, absolutely wonderful. You can tell she loves what she does. She makes it’s so relax and comfortable wether you’re a seasoned client or brand new.

Just had the most relaxing facial from Kalene - 10/10 would recommend! Even the music was lovely. Definitely leaving feeling far more rested then when I arrived.
