Kim was absolutely amazing in making me feel comfortable during my permanent eyeliner procedure. She made sure i was comfortable throughout. She is highly knowledgeable in application and educated me on the process and healing time. I can say i can absolutely trust her work as her lines are so precise and crisp and she listens to what results you wish to achieve. Kim knows her stuff, i would highly reccomend Thank you.

Great spa I had my eyelashes extensions done there and Chloé did an excellent job, I went back today for a fill and she did exactly what I asked of her, I would like to mention how clean the space is and how attentive the staff are, and very polite as well, I would recommend them for any of their treatments, overall an excellent experience. I just finished my spa day and as usual, I have been treated like a princess. Vivian is an excellent beautician, I can't wait till my next appointment.

Very clean, nice salon! My spa pedicure was amazing, especially the hot rock massage. And everyone was so nice and friendly here. I didn’t have to wait at all and was taken right away to the lovely massage chairs for my pedicure.

I love Serendipity! I've been to several day spas in the city but this is now my go-to spot. Emily provides the best manicures and pedicures. Her attention to detail and the client care she shows is so appreciated. The other staff members are wonderful as well, including Laura at the front desk, so helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

Went here for services by Kayleen, absolutely wonderful. You can tell she loves what she does. She makes it’s so relax and comfortable wether you’re a seasoned client or brand new.

Just had the most relaxing facial from Kalene - 10/10 would recommend! Even the music was lovely. Definitely leaving feeling far more rested then when I arrived.

I have undergone two microneedling sessions with Aims. I regularly monitor their Facebook page to schedule my facial treatments during promotional periods. Aims consistently demonstrates patience, attentiveness to my specific needs, and provides thorough answers to my inquiries. Their availability to accommodate my schedule has been consistently reliable. Following the initial session, I observed subtle improvements in my complexion. I am eagerly anticipating the further reduction of my acne scars after this second treatment. I highly recommend this service to individuals with darker skin tones.

I have been going to this spa since 2024 and have nothing but amazing things to say about the team and their services! I have used a variety of their services from facials to laser hair removal to waxing and manicures and pedicures. I always leave feeling relaxed and happy. Aims has done a lot of my services and is so friendly and good at what she does. I have also had other members of the team for some of my services, and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Thank you!!! ????????.

Been seeing Aims for about 2 years now for a variety of different services and she is truly the best!! Super professional, knowledgeable and easily explains a variety of things to me about my skin type etc. If I could give her a 10 star, I would! All other staff members are amazingly friendly and kind as well! I’ve also had services with a few other staff members and they were great also! You instantly feel welcomed and at home when walking into this spa. I highly recommend! ????.
