BEST WESTERN PLUS ROSE CITY SUITES REVIEWS

We have stayed at this hotel several times. This time we had a suite with a kitchen. We did not cook, however it was nice to have the use of the full sized fridge and extra space for the food we ordered in. We have previously stayed in a room with a partial kitchen but not a full sized fridge & stove etc. We had a king sized bed with ensuite washroom, a sitting area and the kitchen area. The sofa was a pull out bed which my son found comfortable. The rooms were a decent size and there were no issues regarding cleanliness. If you are needing a place to stay while in Welland, you will be happy with the Best Western Plus Rose City Suites.

My partner and I had a room block at this hotel for our wedding. We also stayed here before and after and can honestly say that we were impressed with everything from the kindness of the staff to the quality of the rooms. They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding weekend perfect - couldn’t recommend it enough. Also huge shout out to John at the front desk, he was kind and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed all weekend long!

Loved our stay here. The room was excellent. The King Suite was an actual suite! The kitchenette was perfectly functional. Staff were very helpful. Great location along the recreational canal.

HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS & SUITES WELLAND REVIEWS

I had the opportunity to stay in this new hotel while on a trip to Niagara. The service was great. Staff was friendly and the room was beautiful. Very clean. I would 100% recommend anyone to this hotel especially after a long night of travel. It is also in a very private area which made it peaceful and relaxing. Thank you again for making my stay an enjoyable one.

Had a great stay at Holiday Inn! The room was a great size, comfortable beds, and loved all of the dove products in the bathroom! Daughter said the pool was fantastic as well. The free breakfast in the morning was really delicious too! We got a very reasonable rate through a third-party booking site. Definitely recommend.

Exceptionally clean and spacious room. Kind, friendly and hospitable service. You can tell that ownership and the employees care about their property. Gardening is beautiful and the grounds are very well maintained. They also have EV chargers that are reasonably priced. Wish I could have stayed longer.

RESIDENCE & CONFERENCE CENTRE-WELLAND REVIEWS

We stayed at the Residence and Conference Centre while competing at the National Dragon Boat Competition. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect. Since we were mostly there to compete, eat and sleep, the little kitchen was perfect with a full sized fridge, freezer and microwave. We brought our own dishes, utensils and small appliances. Better for us than a hotel since we could prepare our own meals. Beds were great and bathroom adequate... it is not the Ritz, but we were not expecting or wanting the Ritz.

I stayed for more than two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my time at the NC Residence. The staff were outstanding, friendly professional and always willing to help with any questions. I cannot thank them enough for giving me such a pleasant stay. They were excellent. The location on campus is excellent and close to all the amenities of Welland and Niagara.

Stayed three nights at the Welland Residence & Conference Centre with five friends while we were cycling in the region. Staff were always friendly and accommodating, beginning with Laura, then Zach at the front desk. Loved that we each had our own bedroom and that there was a room on the main floor where we could all eat together. Accommodation was basic, very clean, and the price was unbeatable.
