I contacted Elan Vitale about a piercing I got while I was overseas that seemed to be infected. They promptly booked me an appointment based on both our schedules. I got in and saw John who was just absolutely lovely. He was very informative, gentle, gave me lots of options when switching out jewelry and even discussed future jewelry/piercings. Also his artwork for tattoos looked so cool! I would definitely consider going to him for a tattoo as well. I also saw Trina for a consultation for body contouring and laser hair removal. She was super professional, kind, informative, gave pricing options and set up for next steps! Would definitely go back to explore other services!

The ladies are so lovely and welcoming. I found my new favourite hair stylist there! Briar is absolutely amazing. She listens to what you want, gives professional advice and has you leaving feeling like your best self. She took the time to look at a picture of a hair colour/style that I want to have in the future and she talked me through what steps would be needed with an estimated time frame. Briar also gives her honest opinion which I really appreciate in a stylist. Thank you so much Briar and the lovely staff at Elon Vitale!

I have gone to Tracy for lash extension only a couple of times and I am hooked! My lashes were in rough shape from another salon and Tracy explained how we were going to get them in better condition and how her approach avoids damage. The difference has been huge. My natural lashes are already looking better. The extensions themselves look fantastic and there is no way to tell that they aren't the real thing.

Well this is bit embarrassing- but got to be honest - my wife wanted to surprise her girlfriend and boyfriend because they are getting married soon- so she booked 4 of us for manicure-pedicure- at a nail salon near our home. Well we arrive at the scheduled time. The attendants looked a little surprised got us seated quickly. And here’s the funny part- my wife is sitting there and her phone rings and it’s the nail salon- well she picks up the phone and says we’re her and we’re seated thanks and hangs up- they phone again and she then realizes she booked the wrong place. Mistakes happen yes! But for a business to just go with the flow and honesty are calm and competently dealt with the error quickly and professionally! Thank you for making my wife feel welcomed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great service I got from Ben at Pacific nails. I was a walk in and was seated immediately. I needed to have my dip nails removed and wanted advice on what nail care was best on my natural nails. He recommended Shellac and they look beautiful. The spa was very clean and everyone was very friendly. I will definitely be going back

Refreshing! Absolutely enjoyed the service provided. Felt very relaxed and comfortable. I had a Skin Analysis and Signature Facial done, a steamer is used followed by extractions, facial massage and a mask depending on your skin type to complete your spa experience. This package also came with a complementary hand, foot and head massage. If you love Spa treatment, Tranquil Touch Wellness Spa is a must!!

My first spa evening was amazing! Maureen is fantastic! Professional and very friendly! Enjoyed a French mojito pedicure, French manicure, chin wax, eyebrow wax & an Indian head massage. All were amazing! Loved the fact that her spa is in her home... a very personal intimate experience! Loved the feel for the massage with dimmed lights and ocean sounds in the background. Highly recommend and will be back soon!!
