BEST WESTERN Fireside Inn

Friendly, knowledgeable staff at Best Western Kingston as well as excellent Breakfast and meals at Tom's Restaurant. Room was comfortable and clean. Reception and housekeeping staff were very helpful. Best Western Kingston is a 5 star holiday or business experience. We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is a gem. Unique and warm decor. However, most of all, their service and management are excellent. Some of the best service I've had anywhere. I recently had an issue with a booking and they followed up with me quickly and went the extra distance to help me - at their expense. Fully recommend.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and professional. This seems to be an older hotel but it did not feel dated due to tasteful updates. Everything was very clean. The distinct decor sets this hotel apart from other "chain" hotels. We will certainly be back!
