Scrubbi

I have been using Scrubbi’s home cleaning service for a year. I am a loyal customer. Customer Service is responsive and helpful. Email is the best way to get ahold of them, or press 1 when you call. The cleaners are always professional, friendly and work hard. I enjoy the Scrubbi portal on their customer site for rescheduling service appointments. There was one time when I had an issue with the clean and Scrubbi fixed the problem quickly. FYI they do not have refunds but they will give you credit towards cleans. Highly recommend.

My cleaner was excellent. Very understanding and considerate. Made sure to do all the problem areas I pointed out. House looks as good as it possibly can. My thanks!

My cleaning lady was friendly, prompt and thorough (and was totally willing to work around my working from home)! It was a pleasure to have her here!
