Outstanding service from Bug Master Kelowna! We had a wasp nest forming inside our soffits in a high area of the house. Although I can't recall the name of the booking lady, she was incredibly wonderful, positive, and reassuring. Lakhota, our “wasp whisperer,” attended to the nest and took care of it. My husband couldn't stop praising his professionalism, kindness, and gentle approach. They turned a worrisome problem into a simple task. Memo and Lakhota showed up on time and were really friendly. They were very thorough at spraying all the baseboards for ants as well as the perimeter of the house. They explained how the pesticide works and how to ensure that it works for the maximum amount of time. I would highly recommend them.
