OKANAGAN PACKING & MOVING REVIEWS

Overall, my experience was great. Nol was great in setting up a time and replying / confirming the move. He came early with the truck, but they got started a little late as one of his guys pulled a no-show. He found a replacement and he joined as soon as he got there. The guys worked well and got my two bedroom loaded up. Unloading was good, they navigated corners and my set of stairs well and all together took 3.5 hours! I appreciate their hard work and getting the job done.

I was in complete bind. I needed to move my mom who was sick in hospital. We lost our original movers and Nolan and team came to the rescue with only 3 days notice. They took the truck rental off our plate, which was a total relief. Prices were fair, great communication and attention to detail. To think… I was in tears a few short days ago thinking about this move… but once Nolan and team took over I was in such good hands I barely had to even think about the move!! I’m just blown away. Very rare to find anyone with this good of customer service.

Nol & his team were excellent. They worked well together and helped us protect all our furniture. They perfectly packed up two containers for us and we realized we needed a 3rd. Nol said would be to bring a moving truck and take it to a container that I was able to secure at the last minute. He always kept us up-to-date on his time frame. He sent photos of the 3rd packed container and the container numbers and sent us the keys. Very thorough. I highly recommend his company. I will definitely call them again.

The Dolly boys were on time were very efficient making use the f their time.. They got to work right away and never stopped until all was done. They were extremely helpful in all areas of the move. Logan and Joel were friendly, pleasant and courteous. They were punctual, arriving right on time and did a great job, they took great care of the furniture. Logan went above and beyond being flexible in a difficult situation and we appreciate his professionalism, we will definitely hire him again.

They are hands down the best movers I've used. Great experience! Great personalities and super friendly. They are efficient and took care of all my furniture and belongings. Would recommend for anyone looking for responsible, quick and affordable movers!! 5 star!!!

Her attention to detail and commitment to keeping us informed made a significant difference. As the moving date approached, Warren kept me updated, especially when there was an unexpected delay due to truck maintenance. He promptly notified me and accommodated new dates that worked with my schedule. Moreover, when our builder experienced delays, Warren offered excellent storage options and coordinated the delivery seamlessly once we were ready. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Two Small Men With Big Hearts. They helped me move from my basement suite to my new townhome and they were wonderful. The 3 gentlemen that helped me move were incredibly efficient and handled everything with such care. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
