Je recommande cette entreprise sans hésitation. La thermopompe est très efficace et a été installée très professionnellement à la date prévue. J’ai dû contacter le service après vente pour un délai de réception d’une carte promo, on a pris le temps de faire les vérifications et démarches associées. Je suis pleinement satisfaite du service reçu, tant aux ventes, à l’installation, qu’au service après vente. Entreprise sérieuse et respectueuse qui se démarque très positivement à mon avis.

Très contente du service qu'on a reçu. Les 2 technicien était très professionnel et courtois. Beau travail et ils ont bien nettoyer après l'installation un plus pour moi.

Excellent service aujourd'hui à Drummondville par le technicien François très compétent et minutieux merci beaucoup.

J'ai fait l'achat d'une thermopompe en octobre 2020. J'avais été conseillé par M. Bourque lui-même, ma maison impliquant 2 étages. Je ne suis que plus satisfait de ses conseils, du travail de son équipe d'installation, ainsi que de l'utilisation de cet équipement dont j'estime avoir le plus profité l'été dernier avec la climatisation. C'est une belle technologie qui permet d'assurer une température assez stable tout au long de l'année. Merci donc M. Bourque et félicitation pour votre équipe très professionnelle.

Le personnel répondent à vos questions et donne un service après vente impeccable , j'ai eu un problème en janvier 2019 sur ma fournaise centrale électrique à air pulser, installer le 29 mai 2015. ils sont venu dans la même journée et on remplacer la pièce défectueuse sans chichi, ni coût ( étant garantie ) Merci Jacinthe et René . Comme le mentionne leur dicton "Avec eux il n'y a pas de problème il y a que des solution" je le garantie et recommande.

Très professionnel. Installation avec grand soin et propreté irréprochable.
