Honest , prompt and excellent service. From the first call when our A/C broke down to installation this company was superb! Responded one week before any of the other companies. The salesman, Chris, showed us what was available, and explained that we didn’t require a more expensive unit. The techs were out the next day, installed the new unit and tidied everything up. The office even sent us a picture of the tech. Nice security feature! Totally impressed.

We recently had the experience of having to replace our furnace, AC, and hot water tank. Every person we worked with (Liam, Elliott, Heath, Chantal, Nolan, and Cole) was professional, friendly, and helpful. We felt like all the options were presented to us and that every little detail was taken care of, even laying down floor mats to protect our floors. The pristine clean-up job was next level. We will definitely use First Call in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. 10/10!

I highly recommend Sherwood Mechanical. From the initial phone call to the installation of our new hot water tank, everything was exceptional. I called to get a few quotes and theses guys were the first to call back. I had another company over to give me a quote and he wasn't very professional, but the fellow from Sherwood mechanical was professional and courteous. The old tank was covered under warranty and they confirmed everything and scheduled the install to replace my hot water tank the next day, under warranty, all I paid was an administration fee and labor. The install was completed by 2 very kind and eager technicians. I felt very comfortable with them being in my home and they worked like they enjoyed their job and appreciated the business. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Two years ago, in the middle of winter we had a furnace issue, the service tech talked me thru identifying and then resolving the issue. While he didn't need to make a service call, we were never invoiced for his time. When we required a new furnace Sherwood Mechanical was top of mind, and as expected from quote to install all employees were helpful and easy to interact with. There was no trying to over sell , providing only what was needed. The care that all employees that I have interacted with since that service call speaks volumes for the culture of positive customer experience at Sherwood Mechanical We are happy with the final result and highly recommend Sherwood Mechanical.

My AC unit stopped working and was blowing out warm air, Mike came out and was very friendly did what he could. Couldn’t get it running and quoted us for a new unit. We had the new unit installed yesterday by Gari and Zach, they did an amazing job. Very friendly, finished pretty quickly even with my 3 year old offering snacks. It’s so nice to have cool air in the house again, and it looks great! Thanks guys for doing such a great job!

I highly recommend JDK! They have a quick response time and are reliable. Mike came to install a new HVAC control for us and was super friendly and professional! He took the time to explain how it worked and answered any questions I had. Thank you Mike and the JDK team!
