I used this location for when I moved into my first home last month, they we extremely helpful and understanding of my needs. They made sure to figure out what I was using the unit for and said gave me the options that were best suited for my needs. The sign up process was very easy and as well as when I was done using the unit. The price is very fair for the size that I chose and if I ever move again or need to store anything I will be using this location again.

I was very pleased with the Sherwood Park Broadmoor Blvd location’s service. Specifically Cyril’s customer service! He was so professional and helpful. Always had a very positive attitude and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this location to anyone needing extra storage.

Very affordable and efficient! The staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable.

PRIME STORAGE REVIEWS

Been dealing with John at Prime Storage in Sherwood Park since mid June to set up a 10x5 climatized unit. Every interaction was pleasant, professional, and friendly. The store front and storage units/halls are very clean and tidy. Originally I was eligible for a 1 month free promo but because I needed a larger unit once seeing it I had to move forward without the discount on the 5x10. John was great to deal with and when I reached out inquiring about their most recent promotion he was persistent and contacted their head office a few times on my behalf. Unfortunately, I wasn’t eligible for the July promo they have because it began 4 days after I bought my unit, BUT he was able to secure me 25% off my next month’s bill instead, saving me almost $50! He didn’t have to push for this discount for me and could have just said I wasn’t eligible and left it at that but instead he definitely went above and beyond for the customer! For indoor climatized units I found that Prime Storage had the most reasonable prices in Sherwood Park. Great company, solid customer service, I’d highly recommend John/Prime Storage for all your storage needs.

Great facility and amazing staff! I decided to rent a storage unit here because of its price and reviews, and the reviews didn't lie! The staff, shoutout to John and Chris, were super friendly and helpful.

I didn't have to by a lock because they were kind enough to lend me a used one. The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean.

SMARTSTOP SELF STORAGE SHERWOOD PARK REVIEWS

This has been the best experience I have had with a storage company. The unit was very clean, the doors, lights, locking mechanism in excellent shape. In the winter snow is cleared quickly and thoroughly allowing immediate access to your drive-up unit. The office staff are excellent and very friendly. No problems so far, very happy and with a very competitive price for the size, quality, and security of the unit and facility.

Outstanding! Manager Nicole and team member Samantha are the best. In fact, I can't say enough about their fabulous customer service and your top-notch facility. Thank you so much.

There are a variety of units that will fit your storage desires from size to location to heated. The staff hear are friendly and prepared to help. The gates are solid and gives a feeling of safety and security.
