3 years ago I purchased and had the furnace and AC installed by Maple Air. Had no problem. Everything from the purchasing to installation went well. Last week I decided to get them to service my furnace and AC. I called their office and they were able to book service for the next day. Hamid arrived in the time frame given. He was friendly, and provided lots of education on regular maintenance of the units and what to check for if I am ever concerned about their performance. He took his time in explaining things to me. So far, I’ve had a good experience with this company and feel confident that they’re honest and deal in good faith, and their technicians know what they’re doing.

July 28, 2024, my AC stopped working. I called Maple Air to send a technician to repair my AC. The agent on the phone explained the process, the total fees and after I agreed, an appointment booked , the technician Azam showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and quick in diagnosing the issue. Again, he explained exactly what are parts needed and the total cost. He also did the regular maintenance of the AC. Overall, the this company has great customer service and the technician did an excellent job as well. I would recommend this company to my friends and families. Keep up the good work Maple Air

Maple Air did an amazing job replacing our recently broken down air conditioner. We had an old AC unit that broke down and we contacted Maple Air for a replacement. They had technician come by to discuss options in a way that was not pushy and gave a fair picture of the pros and cons of each system.
