I had the pleasure to meet Vlad through LG Home Comfort he was very knowledgeable and help us pick the right A/C heat pump for our home. During the installation we also had the pleasure with both Mustafa and Brian, the install was great they took their time to make sure everything was OK. Mustafa also explained everything with our new Ecobee Lite that was also provided. I’m glad I went with LG Home Comfort and will for sure recommend them.

I am extremely satisfied with the job Mustafa (Moose) and Brian completed today. They worked as a team and completed the job of installing a cased evaporator coil for my heat pump in a couple hours. Their sheet metal work to transition to my larger sized existing plenum is smooth with no air leaks. They were very kind and thoughtfully explained all the steps needed for the job and tested everything thoroughly to make sure I was happy with their work and I was.100%.

3 years ago I purchased and had the furnace and AC installed by Maple Air. Had no problem. Everything from the purchasing to installation went well. Last week I decided to get them to service my furnace and AC. I called their office and they were able to book service for the next day. Hamid arrived in the time frame given. He was friendly, and provided lots of education on regular maintenance of the units and what to check for if I am ever concerned about their performance. He took his time in explaining things to me. So far, I’ve had a good experience with this company and feel confident that they’re honest and deal in good faith, and their technicians know what they’re doing.

July 28, 2024, my AC stopped working. I called Maple Air to send a technician to repair my AC. The agent on the phone explained the process, the total fees and after I agreed, an appointment booked , the technician Azam showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and quick in diagnosing the issue. Again, he explained exactly what are parts needed and the total cost. He also did the regular maintenance of the AC. Overall, the this company has great customer service and the technician did an excellent job as well. I would recommend this company to my friends and families. Keep up the good work Maple Air.

Maple Air did an amazing job replacing our recently broken down air conditioner. We had an old AC unit that broke down and we contacted Maple Air for a replacement. They had technician come by to discuss options in a way that was not pushy and gave a fair picture of the pros and cons of each system.
