Fantastic service had a minor issue with some of my outside cables they came back no problem to rectify it. They also followed up with me via txt and email to ensure I was happy with the service. I know it's hard to trust a lot of Google reviews or camera companies but this is one I can definitely say is worth the money.

I would definitely recommend Azecam Security Systems. The product and service exceeded my expectations. The security system they installed is top-notch and the equipment they provide is reliable and very easy to use. The installation team did an excellent job, their attention to detail was impressive. Elmir was super helpful throughout the process. He patiently answered all my questions, addressing any concerns I had. His clear explanations made the setup process smooth and stress-free.

I was looking for a service provider to help me reset my CCTV system and randomly picked AZECAM from google. The team was brilliant in terms of quickly understanding what i need over the phone and we were able able to agree on the next steps. They were able to come 3 days earlier then the planned date and install the system. Elmir was great in coordinating and the two technician were super nice and knowledgeable. THANK YOU

I have been using Grand Alarms six years and I just upgraded my security equipment with Grand Alarms. Kelsie Cooper helped me a lot so I am so satisfied with my new Doorbell Camera, smart Lock, Outside HD Camera, and Keypad etc. I have changed to the Cellular Services this time because Grand Alarm has advanced equipment to meet my needs. Cellular Service doesn’t need landline anymore, but safety level remains as same. Thanks Kelsie! Thanks the sales team of Grand Alarm! thanks everyone in Grand Alarm who has been working hard! Our world is more beauty and safety because of all of you!

We are very happy with the service at Grand Alarms. We have accidentally set our alarm off a few times, and they have always contacted us to verify we are okay - very quickly I might add. We are almost completed with our term, but we will be renewing. The customer service is always available and helpful. They have even offered to come to our house and review our current system to make sure it is working properly. When we are not home, it is nice to know our home and contents are protected. Thank you for keeping us safe Grand Alarms!

This is an excellent company highly deserving of 5 stars. Solid technical advice, no high pressure up-sales techniques, & excellent customer service. I refreshed my home alarm system on a tight closing timeline driven by my new insurance company. They accommodated my tight timeline, make excellent recommendations before & during the install, most of which I adopted & didn't pressure me on the ones I didn't adopt. I purchased my system outright, no exorbitant rental fees here. They did a great job on install & provided excellent customer service throughout. Highly recommended.
