Aire One got us up and running really quickly when our AC conked out on a 30+ degree day. The technician was able to get here the same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and was able to give me options on how to proceed. When we determined that we wanted to replace the unit, the consultant arrived the same day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the options and their respective pros/cons in an easy to understand matter. He was able to navigate our needs and the environmental rebates to get us a great price on a brand new system for less than we budgeted for. They were able to get the new system installed only a few days later. They took care of every detail, from removing and disposing of the old AC and furnace, to putting down patio stones for keeping the AC unit level, to drilling the necessary new holes into the concrete, to scheduling the environmental rebate inspection, to the clean up. The job was professionally done, and the work is much tidier than the builder's original work. Every part of this process was hassle-free. The new system works great for keeping the house cool. It's quite a few months until we'll need heat, so we'll see about that when the time comes, but they already offered for us to call if there are any concerns. The new thermostat is really simple, but also has a bunch of intuitive features that are saving us money including knowing when the peak hydro cost times are. Really happy with Aire One. I gladly recommend them to anyone.

Both our heating and cooling systems are nearly 20 years old. For that reason, we had an inspection done of both systems by Aire One Heating & Cooling KW. The maintenance and sales individuals were both excellent and very knowledgeable. We decided to purchase a new heat pump and furnace (a great government rebate is now available!). Bill & Pat were the installation technicians and they were GREAT. They were very professional and competent and did an excellent job on the installation. They kept us informed as to what they were doing and took the time to answer our questions. After the installation was completed, they reviewed the installation process and made sure that we understood how our new system worked. We were very happy with all the staff from Aire One Heating & Cooling KW and particularly the fantastic service provided by both Bill and Pat.
