Awesome customer service! I reached out to Class A heating and Brent got back to me the next day. My AC stopped working and it was 35 degrees. Even though he was not able to come out, he was nice enough to provide some guidance over the phone. He suggested checking the capacitor on the condenser unit, and he was right! I replaced it and I was back in action. Most people wouldn't spend the time to offer a suggestion and it definitely sets this company apart from others. I will be using Class A Heating in the future.

Excellent customer service! We had to recently make use of their emergency hotline when our A/C didn't want to start up during a heat wave. Brent called us back within minutes and was able to troubleshoot over the phone with us to solve the problem quickly. We also had great experiences with Class A when they installed a new furnace for us 5 years ago and then added the a/c unit last year. Excellent value, competitive prices, and customer service.

Needed a new furnace and installation of AC unit. Brent and staff were friendly and reasonable to deal with. Quote was reasonable. Installation staff were very professional and good to deal with despite unforeseen setbacks. I would definitely recommend!
