Good Guys Heating Cooling Plumbing

We had the yearly service inspection of our furnace and heat pump today. This heat pump was installed by Good guys about 17 years and it has never had a problem. The installation all those years ago was perfect and I appreciate the yearly maintenance checks. We have had Joe come for the last two years and he is so knowledgeable, patient, capable and answers all questions. Thanks Good Guys! I would recommend this company for install or maintenance. Even kept us cool in the heat dome two years ago.

Just as it happens....hottest day of the year and our central Air conditioner dies. My wife called Good Guys and Wes was here same day. Great pre-service communication. We knew when Wes would arrive. He diagnosed the failed part, ordered it on the spot, found the distributor that carried it and made a special effort to come back the same day so that we could have A/C that hot night. Wes went above and beyond, knows his stuff and is very professional. Will be using Good Guys again if and when needed.

Good Guys has been servicing my parent's home, my sisters and ours for years. They are courteous, knowledgeable and respond quickly and efficiently to the need. I would recommend becoming a part of their Club Membership for priority of service and rates. Our furnace stopped working on the coldest and snowiest day in White Rock and Al came out, assessed the need, was able to find a part on his shelves and resolved our heating dilemma in just a few hours at a very reasonable cost.
