Excellent service. I was very surprised that Kriss, the tech who helped install the new furnace was so polite and respectful. Both him and Clint did a great job! Most trade people I have met in PG are pretty abrupt and condescending, not with these guys. Betty at the office was a great help, doing all the paper work for the rebates from Fortis and submitting it. The office cat (Abby?) did an awesome job keeping the chair next to me warm. The estimate was accurate and work completed promptly and leaving the basement cleaner than when they started. The new furnace is amazing.

My heater quit working on a cold day in winter. To my surprise they were at the door maybe 20 (more like 15) minutes after I phoned. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable! He explained it was a minor issue but I'm pretty sure the heater is working better since. No complaints whatsoever!

Fantastic Just got a 3.5 ton Heat pump installed for cooling and heating through Costco/Polar. Fantastic service Betty in the office was great. The 2 young guys that came here were absolutely amazing with their knowledge. No issues home is now so comfortable and cool. So Glad I did it.
