The 3 gentlemen that came to install my new furnace were very professional. They did a tidy job on the installation and spend time explaining in advance what they were going to do and then after the installation they showed me what they had done and explained about the operation of my new furnace and thermostat. I'm very pleased with all the service I received from Reliance Home Comfort. From the repair technician that came to service my broken furnace and sadly told me I needed a new one. To the salesman that showed up later that day and made the decision on the furnace easy. To the installers who arrived on time and professionally installed my new furnace. I got a few quotes from different vendors and decided to go with Reliance. I felt that they were trustworthy and professional. Their quote was fair and I like the brand they carried. We just had our AC unit installed and the installers were hardworking and provided great communication through the process. I would recommend to a friend.

The service technician was polite and talked us through the entire process. He wore a mask and removed his shoes when passing through the house. This repair was simple and we only paid the service call fee. I can highly recommend this company and the service technician!
