I am happy to say that I have now been smoke-free for six months, thanks to Cedric.

J'ai eu la chance de travailler avec Cédric pour arrêter de fumer. Son expertise dans le domaine de l'hypnose est indéniable. Il a su utiliser différentes techniques pour m'aider à surmonter mes envies de fumer et à changer ma perspective sur le fumer. Un grand merci à Annie Mayrand pour son approche exceptionnelle en hypnose! Son écoute bienveillante et sa douceur m’ont immédiatement mis en confiance. Annie a su créer un espace où je me sentais en sécurité, prêt à travailler sur moi-même avec sérénité. Grâce à son efficacité et son professionnalisme, j’ai pu observer des résultats concrets rapidement. Si vous cherchez une praticienne en hypnose qui allie expertise, empathie et un véritable talent, je ne peux que vous la recommander vivement!

Pour ma première rencontre, ça c'est très bien passé. Elle a pris le temps de bien m'expliquer hypnose, de comprendre pourquoi je fais de l'hyperphagie et m'aider à trouver des objectifs réalisable et positif. Avec son écoute, son empathie et sa bienveillance, je me suis sentie confortable toute le long de la séance.

J'ai consulté Annie pour m'aider à arrêter de fumer et je suis entièrement satifaite du résultat! C'est le petit coup de pouce qui me manquais pour y arriver! Très bon service, à l'écoute de ses clients et surtout sans jugements! Je la recommande sans hésiter!
