Depuis 1 ans maintenant que je fais du yoga au studio et j'adore. Les différents professeurs ont chacuns leur petite touche personnelles. Les cours aussi différents pour pratiquer differentes aspects du yoga. Tous aident à mon corps, mais aussi à ma tête. Je suis plus relaxe, concentrer et motiver dans mes cours universitaires quand je vais au yoga. Les lampes chauffantes, un gros plus en hiver. J'adore! Rien de négatif à dire.

Absolument génial comme endroit, les instructeurs sont génial. l'endroit prône le bien-être en soi, tout ce que nous yoginis recherche un studio où nous nous sentons chez nous. J'adore, c'est la meilleure place a Gatineau.

I love this yoga studio! Natacha is amazing and offers not only the usual yoga classes but wonderful special classes as well. If you’re looking, stop. This is the studio that you’re looking for.

J'y suis allé pour la premiere fois samedi dernier. Stéphanie la propriétaire m'a bien expliqué le concept, et m'a guidé tout au long du cours d'étirement profond Point bonus: le lounge avec banquette et thé. La température du bain froid(7 degrés) était parfaite.

Le personnel sont toujours à l'écoute, souriant et ont remarque immédiatement qu'elles aiment être là pour nous. J'adore être accueillie par leur sourire! Les cours sont super et les profs sont toujours prête à nous aider!!

Wow ! Quelle belle ambiance et du super personnels ! Une propio en or ! Merci.
