Excellent selection of quality frames at affordable prices. Professional Optometrist provided advice, took my measurements, and prepared my order. Options were explained clearly, with no pressure, and lenses will be manufactured by Hoya Labs in Canada and returned to store in 10-15 days for fitting by the optometrist. Appointments easily booked online.

Excellent customer service at the Les Promenades location! The entire team was very helpful and engaged and provided my partner & I with the help we needed. Even though it was busy in the store, the staff still made us feel welcomed and valued as customers. Looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent customer service. The little girl that usually wears a turban was really helpful. She really took her time to help me choose the right glasses. I wish her all the best in her career .

Service impeccable, excellente sélection, conseillères professionnelles et attentionnées. L'optometriste prend le temps de nous écouter et nous pouvons sentir toute son expertise et son professionnalisme. Il est clair que l'optique est sa passion et ça se sent. Les prix ne sont pas les meilleurs, mais quand il est temps de prendre soin de mes yeux, je préfère grandement payer pour un service et des produits de qualité comme chez Philémon maison d'optique que de courir les bas prix et finir avec un service médiocre et un produit qui n'est même pas bien adapté pour moi. Je lève mon chapeau à cette superbe boutique et à ses propriétaires!

Excellent service. C'est un WOW! Je trouvais cela toujours très compliquée trouver des montures que j'aimais et qui me faisais bien avant. Lorsque je vais chez Philémon, c'est toujours agréable et parfait! Leur service est juste remarquable. Ils prennent le soin de trouver la bonne monture (ou les montures, moi, j'ai aussi des lunettes de soleil de chez Philémon). La décoration du nouvel emplacement est juste géniale. J'adore y aller. C'est un vraie expérience bonifiée. Maintenant, ce n'est plus un casse-tête me chercher des nouvelles montures. À tous les jours, quand je porte mes nouvelles lunettes, je me trouve "looké"! Merci à l'équipe.

Meilleure place que j’ai été! Spécialistes de la sécheresse de l’œil. Je recommande à toute la famille. Ils ont vu mon bébé de 7 mois. Bonne sélection de montures également. Ils sont peut-être un peu plus chers, mais ça vaut tellement la peine.

Sérieusement quoi dire que du positif de cette emplacement juste wow ! Moi et ma fille nous avons un service impeccable chaque fois. Les filles sont tous à l’écoute de nos demandes et répondent tjrs super au besoins .
