3 Best Massage Therapy in Gatineau, QC

I just had a treatment with Christophe Meyer and it was amazing! I am an active athlete with good mobility and flexibility but some chronic injuries (right hip, right shoulder and more) has created tension and imbalances and pain between my right and left side of the body. I am wanting to be proactive so that the tension from these injuries are released so I can enjoy my active lifestyle for the long term. Christophe is a highly intuitive, confident caring pratictioner and is so knowledgeable about the body. His techniques are a combo of deep tissue work, fascia release + movement (like active release technique). I feel sooo good! I highly recommend Christophe!

I've been going to Solution Massage since it was on Maloney Blvd and followed them to their present location. Always have a good experience for single or couples massages. I've been seeing Jason for a couple years now and he is awesome! I've referred friends there as well and they have only good things to say.

I recieved an hour and a half massage with medium-high pressure from Nada and it was fantastic. I had been dealing with some neck and back pain and I'm feeling a lot better now I highly recommend her, the pressure was perfect and she listened very well to my needs and any issues throughout the massage. She has exceptionally warm hands and I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the experience. She is very skilled I could tell she knew a lot about anatomy by her abilities alongside the lymphatic drain. My body honestly feels lighter and I can finally turn my neck properly after months of at home physiotherapy. I will definitely make another appointment with her in the future and, hands down, a massage will go a lot further for your body pain than any number of chiropractic appointments. I stopped using them years ago and just get a massage once or twice a year now.

Amazing massage with Dima! She really cared about my comfort, but also provided the perfect pressure if you like a little deep tissue/relaxation. I felt amazing immediately after! It’s hard to find massages that will also prioritize your face/scalp, so I was pleasantly surprised this was offered as they are my favourite regions to be treated.

My husband and I have been attending Om Massage for a few years now, and I can say that this is the best massage place in Gatineau. We tried different providers, but we never went back to some of them. This so far is the best place for massages in town and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend!
