I have a small business with networked computers. I had Richard in to set up on-site and off-site back-up, review and update security, and go over everything. He did an excellent job and left me comfortable that my systems are in good shape. I plan to use Tech Friendly moving forward to meet my IT needs. I highly recommend Richard.

The tech arrived at the agreed upon time and was very knowledgeable. I work with the public and he was able to work while staying out of our way with little to no disruptions to our store functioning. I would definitely call TechFriendly again!

I had a computer problem that was driving me crazy and I thought it was bad enough to shut my business down until I could get another computer. Ahmed sat down at the keyboard and had it fixed in jiffy. I didn’t realize that my computer was running slow until he was done fixing it. I highly recommend Ahmed for any computer issues you may be having or even have him do some preventive maintenance in your computer as you may think you are okay and be surprised at how much better Ahmed can make your computer work.
