We have been using AYS for a couple of years and have been happy with the level of service and prompt turn around on our issues. Mark and his team have the knowledge to handle our requirements. We have been using AYS since 2009 and find them to be very effective in managing all aspects of our network. Over the years they have installed our camera system; our security system and installed a complete VOIP phone system. They use a ticketing sytem which enables anyone in our orgnaization to communicate issues they are having with a turn around time that is very acceptable.
