CDN Technologies has been our IT support for numerous years - I am extremely happy with the level of service they provide. They are knowledgeable and prompt - and the customer service is fantastic! Anytime I call them they answer right away and are able to help. If I submit a ticket and it is not a simple answer or task, they will call to gather more information or give me an update. I really appreciate this. I always have great experiences with CDN Technologies and the staff I deal with. We are currently in the process of a move to a new warehouse. CDN Technologies reviewed, recommended and put into action, a plan to consolidate our current equipment and move forward with what we need to enter our new location without any downtime. It has been a stress-free experience I would highly recommend!
