Bernard's Security Access

Got locked out of our house last night because the battery of our smart locked suddenly died and we didn’t bring any manual key. We called Bernard’s Security because I saw they have 24/7 emergency service from their website. Derrick answered and came within 15 mins. Very particular with security, make sure we are the one we live in the house, not just random pranksters and provided helpful tips about keys and how to make sure our place is secure which we really appreciated so much. It was pouring rain and we stopped at a campsite outside of town. After setting up camp I locked my keys into the car. The next morning, I tried several places and Bernards answered the 24hr line promptly, and Derrick was out to our campsite 20 minutes later.
