Great RMT’s at this location. I book majority of my appointments with Andrew as his techniques/experience align with my needs the most. JP is equally as fantastic as I feel relief after any treatment with either professionals. Kelly who works the desk is always a delight and I look forward to seeing her momentarily before and after my appointments - her energy is cheerful and relaxed and she never fails to make me smile and is always attentive regarding my booking/admin needs.

I have been seeing JP at Altura for close to three years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the treatment. JP regularly works on me to prepare me for various marathons and races throughout the year. Everything is always clean, tidy, and the ladies at the front desk couldn’t be nicer. Simply the best.

A top notch clinic with an excellent group of RMTs, friendly, helpful and amazing front office staff, and a thoughtful and considerate administration. As a client of roughly 2 years, I can say that I will continue to frequent Altura for years to come.

I have been experiencing persistent pain in my back and elbow for the past few weeks. After consulting with Jack, I am pleased to report a significant improvement in my condition following the initial treatment. Jack demonstrated exceptional knowledge, friendliness, and care throughout the session. He promptly addressed my concerns and provided effective treatment. I am confident that I am in capable hands and intend to continue seeking his expertise. Additionally, the receptionist displayed commendable warmth and professionalism, contributing to a positive overall experience.

I have to say that Zora is an awesome RMT. She may seem like she is rushing you to start sometimes, but once she starts you can tell by her hands that she really cares about how the massage is going. She really can focus well on the problem areas to alleviate any issues. She is also super kind and a little quiet. From someone her size, it’s amazing the power she has to work out the knots in your body. I will definitely keep coming back.

I’ve been seeing Zora for over a year now and can’t recommend her enough. Anytime I feel a discomfort, she’s able to accurately identify the problem areas and really work it in to alleviate the issue. Moreover, since seeing her consistently I’ve experienced better mobility and my chronic shoulder/back pain has decreased significantly.

I've found the best RMT I've ever had here in Hannah M. She is professional, helpful and skilled. I leave feeling a weight lifted off of me, even if I'm a little sore, but the sense of relief is much greater. She knows exactly what to do to treat chronic pains and injuries and is patient and throughout. The rates are higher than other RMTs but I find the benefit much more than previous ones I've seen. The clinic is also clean, booking is easy and the location convenient.

Hannah is one of the top RMTs I've ever had. She was able to massage away some pretty severe pain, she identified the specific issue with a muscle group in my shoulders and gave me specific exercises to heal and balance them out that are continuing to help me. She was also a very warm personality and lovely to converse with. The location is beautiful, although parking can be a bit of a challenge. I highly recommend this place.

I have a great relationship with my therapist! Alana goes above and beyond to address any issues I am having! I have had a fantastic experience with massage addicts.
