I came in for an eye exam and a new pair of glasses. Dr. Antal was very kind and informative every step of the way through the eye exam. When it came to selecting the glasses, Lois was amazing as she allowed me to pick what I liked and then offered great suggestions on pros and cons for each option I selected. The whole process went smoothly. Thanks Lois. Will be coming back for another pair of glasses soon.

Big thank you to Tamara for taking the time to help me with my first pair of glasses today! I had lots of questions and she was very friendly and knowledgeable thru-out the whole process - she made it a pleasant experience. I look forward to rocking my new glasses in a few weeks.

The staff here is amazing! I brought in several pairs of glasses to be adjusted and I was promptly helped by Hala. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly helpful, and was able to adjust all of my frames quickly and precisely.

Big selection to choose from. Employees acknowledged us as soon as we entered the store. Were very attentive. Kimia was helped us choose the right frames to suit us. She helped us with our order from beginning to end. Explained with examples on different colouring of lenses and coatings. Very helpful and super friendly. Thanks Kimia.

I am giving them 5 stars because I felt like I got a very good customer service from one of their eye care consultant named Nathan Rancier. Aside from having a friend with me to choose which frames suits me, Nathan has been very helpful giving us suggestions. Very accommodating! Thanks a lot Nathan.

Excellent experience. The staff was very helpful when choosing my frames. They didn’t pressure me at all to get more expensive frames as other stores have. I will definitely shop here again.

PEARLE VISION COQUITLAM REVIEWS

This store is excellent. I originally got my glasses from another shop, but for the past four months they always felt unclear and caused light sensitivity. I went back to that store multiple times, but they couldn’t fix the problem. When I came to Pearle Vision, Lilian Wong was very professional and adjusted my glasses — now they feel clear and perfect. I also purchased contact lenses here, and the experience was just as good.

Maryam was very helpful, considerate, and accommodating in finding my new pair of glasses before and after my optometry appointment next door. She took the time and care going through options that would best suit me. Her colleague Lilian also aided in the process with great suggestions. Their teamwork made the process nice and easy. I was comfortable with my experience and happy with my purchase thanks to helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Our family of 4 had a fantastic experience with choosing 8 new sets of eyewear. Lillian took the time to listen to each of our personal needs and helped guide us through options which which satisfy our needs now and into the long term. It’s been 10 years since I’ve last needed a new pair of glasses however the experience left me knowing that this is where I’ll be coming again for my family’s future needs.
