Burquitlam Animal Hospital aims to prevent diseases and treat the sick and injured to facilitate pets' recovery since 1959. They also pride themselves on the low turnover in their staff and relationships with families and pets that last decades. Burquitlam Animal Hospital uses its knowledge of veterinary medicine, nutrition, and animal behaviour to improve your pet's health and life quality. They perform minor procedures such as dental (including associated oxygen) and anaesthesia monitoring, ear flushes and treatments for their in-hospital patients. They have three exam rooms where you will meet their doctors, and you will assess your pet's health by performing a physical exam and asking you questions. Their surgery room houses equipment to administer general anaesthesia, monitor blood pressure, oxygen level and heart rate and deliver intravenous fluids. The hospital has a total capacity for holding 30 animals, each individually housed and separated into three wards."
