EAGLE RIDGE ANIMAL AND BIRD HOSPITAL REVIEWS
I took my Guinea pig here to have his eyes looked at and I really liked the Doctor. It’s always hard to find a Doctor that truly knows/understands small animals, and I felt like Eagle Ridge did. The Doctor was very respectful, asked me how I wanted to tackle the problem, and let me know the price before doing anything. They are also really responsive to emails, and you can get an appointment within a reasonable time frame (within a few days) which I really appreciate. Definitely recommend for those with rodents/small animals!
Great staff. Veterinarian was very helpful. Knowledgeable. Took our ferret here. They took good care of him and did some good testing and feces sample. Give us results very fast within few days. Excellent place to take your pet?
I have brought my pet to Eagle Ridge since I moved to the Tri-Cities over 7 years ago. I have always had a pleasant experience with them. Most recently I had to put my pet down due to old age and illness and they were very compassionate and respectful of the whole process as it was a very difficult and heart-wrenching decision for me. Dr. Ian Harding was supportive and walked me through the entire process along with the vet techs. I felt as if I wasn't alone which helped immensely. I will be forever grateful for their support over the years.

BURQUITLAM ANIMAL HOSPITAL REVIEWS
The staff truly care about you and pet, and are sure to follow-up and answer any questions you have. Something I really appreciated when I came in, rattled and stressed, with very little sleep after worrying all night. Happy to say my little one turned a corner and is thriving after their work and recommendations!
Our family dogs have been patients at the Burquitlam Animal Hospital for over twenty years - my parents have known and trusted Dr. Hopkins and his associates for as long as I can remember. Since I moved back into the area with my own puppy, I find myself more and more grateful to this clinic with every new experience we have. Our guy is 11 months old now and has mostly dealt with basic stuff (his neuter, a couple ear infections, a stomach issue), and this place impresses me every time. From really kind and intelligent receptionists, to the excellent communication and treatment from the vet assistants and the vets themselves, my boyfriend and I are both so impressed and so happy to have a clinic that we trust wholeheartedly.
The last week I've had to take my cat in here 3 times. He had crystals in his bladder and couldn't pee. The price they quoted up front was more than my final bill and they had to actually put him under anesthesia, so I expected it to be over. The vet, I think his name was Dr. Robert, Seemed to care and was very good with my little guy. They had me come back the next day for a quick checkup, and I went in again today, with concerns he wasn't peeing enough, they looked him over, all was well, and no charge for the check up. Really helped ease the stress. I would recommend them and I'll be going there anytime my guy needs any medical care. Thanks
