Integral Performance Physio

I cannot recommend integral physio enough! I have hyper-mobility syndrome and have suffered from headaches for many years due to a shoulder injury. I've seen numerous physical therapists and osteopaths, with little or no long term results. I have been a patient of this clinic for more than a year now, and it has completely changed my life. Nan Wu is so professional, knowledgable, and kind. The therapy she offers is careful and hands on. She has helped me immensely in ways that have changed my life, and I have zero reservations in recommending her!

I went to Integral Performance for chronic back pain. Mina took a lot time to listen to my history and do a thorough diagnosis. He has given me physiotherapy that has greatly reduced my back pain and we continue to work on further reducing pain. The exercises are simple to follow and entirely effective.
