Amazing customer service through the entire experience with my purchase of two cabinets. Chokri is awesome at sales. He was at helpful, available and informative with my shopping experience. I would definitely seek him out again for future purchases. Nick and Trayton Exceeded expectations with their delivery and customer service. Both had a great attitude and were exceptionally kind. The day after my purchase I received a friendly follow up call from customer service to ensure I was happy with my purchase and experience. Perfection... This should be the standard. Love my cabinets and am grateful for a positive shopping experience.

Overall my experience at the Medicine Hat BRICK was wonderful. Katrina made the process simple and helped me find a perfect piece for my new apartment. Staff and management were all able to guide me to the right choice. I will be back again soon!

Our visit today was very quick and easy. Mike helped us find a mattress super quickly and helped with recommendations. I didn't feel like he was too pushy and was willing to answer any questions we had. He also helped set me up with Flexiti and we will be back for other furniture in the future.
