Last week i visited here with my folks. expectional customer service there was a guy i forget his name helped us to for deciding our meal and he also suggested us to try philly sauce and to be honest it was delicious. will come very soon permanent stop from next time.

Great staff. Very friendly. Best customer service. Best food quality. I am vegetarian and they took good precautions to make my wrap.

The two girls who work in the night do amazing job. Even working so late in the night they always have a smile on their face. Love their spirit.

Tony the owner is a real character. He makes a delicious chicken shawarma. We replaced any starches with his deep fried cauliflower. When in Thunder Bay, check him out. His shop is also a convenience store full of all sorts of Canadian and Lebanese food items.

Went in for take out. Generous portion sizes and tasty food.

Best bite Shawarma is the best of all the Shawarmas in tbay.!

OSMOW'S SHAWARMA THUNDER BAY-ARTHUR REVIEWS

As soon as I walked in, the smell induced salivation. That's a good thing. I've never been to Osmow's before so I looked at the menu for a few minutes while others placed their orders. When I got up to the counter, I let the person know that I have no idea what to order so I picked the Sunday special. Originally, I wanted medium hotness but the person recommended something lighter. I'm glad I went with that recommendation. The portion sizes for what you pay for are amazing. The only problem I found is that I should've gotten two orders lol (I ate most of it before I took the picture. I couldn't stop eating...)

Typically I avoid Osmow’s because the shawarma is not what it used to be. Having ate at the original Streetsville location in Mississauga, I am usually always disappointed. HOWEVER, this was different. The shawarma was made very well and reminded me of what Osmow’s served before becoming a chain. If you are looking for a solid shawarma in Thunder Bay, this is your spot. The meat was cooked well, the veggies were fresh and pita was perfect. Highly recommend for any Osmow’s or shawarma connoisseurs.

Staff members this evening were so kind to my family. My husband, baby and I came in and the staff were friendly even smiling and laughing with our baby. Thanks! Great food!
