Eric has been a pleasure to work with when getting our mortgage rates and the approved. He has always been available and quick to answer any questions. He was very proactive to make sure I got the best rate/deal possible. I was very skeptical going with a large bank that they wouldn’t do the leg work and just match the best rate I can find elsewhere but Eric was the best deal by far. Highly recommend.

Eric has been a pleasure to work with when getting our mortgage approved. He has always been very quick at answering our questions and knowledgeable about the products and services. While waiting for our house to sell, he would randomly check in with us and I never had to remind him of our unique situation. Very attentive and responsive. He's also now helping my son get his first mortgage and I'm happy that my son is in good hands. Highly recommend.
