While the banks are often very slow, Kam was responsive, friendly and helpful even responding outside of typical working hours, something very important for getting a mortgage in a short offer period. Kam was so invested in my best interests he even suggested that I might get a better rate with a bank where I have investments. This speaks volumes about the integrity of Auxilium that Kam would recommend I check with a competitor, potentially sacrificing his own commission for me to get a better rate.
