How do I sum up everything I want to say about Brad in one review? I've known Brad for 13 years. My husband and I have used him for two different real estate transactions and have also called on him several times to find out the sold prices of houses or to get more information about a property. He always has time for us. He is patient, personable, kind, and also has a great sense of humour. Most recently, we asked him to help us find a new place to live in Victoria. We had been given notice by our landlords in the last month of my pregnancy. It was extremely stressful to find a new place to live, but Brad made it the least stressful experience it could have been. He knew what we needed before we even knew and helped guide us towards the type of house that would be perfect for our growing family. After being completely dissatisfied with a real estate agent who would not listen, I googled and found Brad MacLaren. I went around looking at homes with him for one weekend in Victoria.
