ROLL.FOCUS. REVIEWS

We recently worked with Roll Focus to create a promotional video for the Coalition of Neighbourhood Houses - a group of 10 agencies doing social service work in Victoria. It can be quite a challenge to work with so many organizations at once, and to try to tell our story in a way that is clear, concise, and engaging. Roll Focus did this all with ease and professionalism. Amanda had great advice all along the way, and the team was so easy to work with. Our video perfectly captures what we needed!

Mike and Roll Focus have worked with us at the Victoria Royals Hockey Club on several projects, including our regular season and playoff intro videos. They combined creative vision and technical expertise to deliver a product that spoke very well to our fan base. They nailed the mood and theme, allowing us to better set the tone for our game night presentation. Mike was collaborative, innovative, on time and on budget. I'd recommend them, and will be working with them again.

Chelsea and Brian were truly amazing. You can really tell they have this business figured out. They offered to go above and beyond multiple times. They were so incredibly organized and meet with us multiple times to ensure they could create our vision and get to know who we and our friends and family were so they can create the most amazing video! I couldn’t recommend them more! They made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and so fun to have on our wedding day. Instantly felt like our friends and not a paid vendor. Truly amazing people and straight up good humans!

Chelsea and Bryan are the best videographers in Victoria. My wife and I are so grateful for the films they created to commemorate our wedding day. The films they created are our favourite mementos of our wedding day as Chelsea and Bryan not only captured what happened on our day, but also the feeling of the day as well. Chelsea and Bryan worked hard to make us feel comfortable being filmed, and escaping away with them to film our private vows was a highlight of our wedding day. We cannot recommend Paper Heart Films enough, they are simply the best!

Paper Heart Films (Chelsea and Bryan) have a foolproof process on how to capture your personality and ideas and turn it into a short film. The planning and executing are so thoughtful, and their genuine care shows throughout - I highly recommend this dynamic duo!

Jag videos our year end dance performance (at a theatre) and does a great job! He’s very reliable and arrives early for set up. He uses at least 2 cameras to capture the performance and then edits them to create seamless transitions, closeups and panoramic shots. He edits very quickly and makes the video accessible by WeTransfer. I’ve been using Jag’s videos service for years and will continue to use his services for our dance performances.

I brought our old childhood family cassette tapes in a few days ago and was surprised how quickly they were ready! My mother passed away a year and a half ago and it means the world to my family and I to be able to have videos of her. Island Video did a great job and the quality is great. Thank you!
