I don’t even know where to begin when describing the type of service Mike Jones provided me. Prior to speaking with Mike I was very sure I would not be able to qualify to buy out the joint owner and have the home just in my name based off the information provided by my credit union. It was incredibly emotional for me. I was given his number and the first time he called me he said he felt very confident he would be able to get an approval to refinance my home. I immediately felt a sense of relief. He took my calls late at night and first thing in the morning. He treated me more then a client, he treated me as a friend. I felt completely comfortable explaining everything going on and what I needed to be able to complete my refinance. I cannot recommend anyone better to support you with all your mortgage needs.
