When I needed a boost they came quick and were affordable. Today I was driving my big septic truck down a long hill and my brakes started to go. Rick happened to smell and see me and stopped his truck to make sure I was good. He helped me look over the truck and gave me some tips to safely get down the rest of the way down the hill. Hopefully I make it.

Called them shortly after 9 on a Saturday morning, told him my buddy locked his keys in his car and that we had a car show in an hour. The dispatcher was super helpful and the response time was under 20 minutes. Definitely would recommend these guys to anyone!

Wes helped us in a pinch. He was so professional and helpful I recommend him to everyone I can. He is the best tow truck in the industry. He deserves a raise, want to get a flat just to see him.

Mario’s are FABULOUS and my saviours! Friday morning, 4am, I was driving home after my night shift when my car completely died on the highway in West Kelowna, partially in the lane and not able to move. I had called BCAA who dispatched a tow but 1 hour later they called to tell me all tow drivers had gone home for the night and the day shift driver would arrive some time after 6am. I right away called Mario’s and asked if they had a driver available. The dispatcher was friendly and kind and said they could send a tow for me right away, he asked me if I would please hold and dispatched the driver while on the phone with me. The tow driver Bill arrived in about 20minutes to my location. Bill went above and beyond…right now I’m walking with a cane as I tore my meniscus, Bill helped me in and out of his truck and insisted on carrying my bag for me. Mario’s are absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! What was beyond disappointing is the general public. While Bill was hooking up my car vehicles were speeding by: not moving over to the left and not slowing down to 70km, both which are required by law. Even the transport trucks were waiting till the very last second to move over even though we were on the straight stretch between Boucherie and Hudson where you can see the vehicle for over 1km back. There were a couple of times I really thought the passing motorists were going to hit Bill. Thank you so much Mario’s!!!!!!! The dispatcher and driver were both AMAZING!!!!!!

Had the misfortune of breaking down just off the highway outside of Peachland yesterday but had the good fortune of being picked up by the operator Willam (Billy) to bring my car back home to Kelowna. He was surprisingly quick and made sure everything was safe even with the close proximity my car was to the highway, dude is a gentleman! To Billy, I hope I never have to see you at work again but if I bump into you at the bar, beers on me dude. Thanks again.

I couldn’t start my truck in Kelowna, Mario’s sent Johann to give me a pull. Johann was courteous, friendly, very polite and got straight to the job at hand. He had me going in a matter of minutes and truly was a helping hand when I needed it. Well done Johann and Mario’s for the great service!!
