I was referred to Dr. Heinrichs by my family doctor and I am so thankful. Dr. Heinrichs asked many questions and listened to the answers. He then did a physical assessment and diagnosed me with trigeminal neuralgia. He immediately referred me to a neurosurgeon. He checked in with me every month and thanks to him he made special arrangements that I needed and got me in for the MRI. I met with the neurosurgeon who confirmed Dr. Heinrichs diagnosis and I have now had the surgery. He went above and beyond and I am so grateful to him. I would rate him a 5 plus if I could.

Excellent physician. Saw me right away in the ER, and called me at home twice over the next few days to check on me. Arranged to fast track an MRI for me, and saw me in his office right after. Super impressed with how much time he spent with me, and his compassion. A very kind man and a credit to his profession. Others have said he is "cold"-definitely not my experience. He is clear and to the point, which I appreciate.

Dr. Heinrich was very professional and made sure that my needs were taken care of..could not believe how fast he had an MRI and surgeon arranged . His staff are so great also!

She was caring, down to earth, listened with empathy & was genuinely interested in anything I had to say. She didn’t let me leave her office without understanding everything. She didn’t sugar coat anything. I felt like a person not a number. I left with hope & a plan. I look forward to the next phase, next appointment. It’s a comfort knowing I have a Dr. I can count on & trust.... especially when dealing with ones brain & nerves. I left my fear & uncertainty in her office.. first time in years I can say there is a light at the end of the tunnel & a caring Dr. that will be right beside me.

Dr. Bestard is extremely knowledgeable and is up-to-date on the latest medical trend. She is a caring, natural helper, and extremely supportive!

She was super nice and very quick to diagnose what's going on. Clearly explained what to expect and the course of action to take.

I recently met Dr. Oje imoukhuede when I was taken to Red Deer Regional Hospital Emergency after having a stroke. Dr. Oje is an excellent diagnostician who quickly assessed my condition and took appropriate measures to limit the damage I might have suffered. His stroke team were efficient and caring regarding my condition. Dr. Oje did a thorough job of testing and follow up with me to ensure I was well aware of my condition and the options for treatment. I can't thank Dr. Oje and his staff enough for their professional conduct and support. I consider myself a very lucky person to have ended up in the care of such an outstanding doctor and stroke trauma team. Thank you Dr. Oje.

I found Dr. Oje Imoukhuede to be very thorough. He is quiet while thinking about what I told him. He prescribed a new medication & set up another MRI for an area he think may be causing some of my problem. I found him to be personable & easy to talk to. My only issue, not his fault, is the MRI is now scheduled but it’s over 3 months from now. I will trying to get his help moving that up.

Amazing Dr and great experience every time we saw Dr Oje for my grandma,he's very knowledgeable and quick to look into concerns and give results. Thank you for everything you have done for my grandma!!
