I was referred to Dr. Kyle McKenzie for my sons suspected Autism. I have only had 1 visit with him and two phone conversations. I am beyond impressed. We moved here from BC last year and he made it his mission to find and inform me of results to an MRI and genetic blood work that were requested by a paediatrician back in BC. Thank god he did inform me of these results because nobody else ever called me back. It never occurred to me to ask him to do this he just did it on his own accord to make sure I was aware of the results ASAP. My one office visit with him was great, he was informative, he listened, he took me seriously, he was amazing with my son who is always weary of anything medical. He had suspicions of my son having another genetic condition and not autism, after the genetic blood work came back he apologized and admitted he was wrong and recommended we go to ASPIRE to go a pursue a likely autism diagnosis. We have seen multiple paediatricians over the years as well as a neurologist and Dr. McKenzie is the best of anyone we have seen or spoken to. I hardly even know him as we have had limited encounters but I would recommend him to anyone.

We were sent to Dr Mackenzie as my daughter was diagnosed with ODD and ADHD. He has been nothing short of amazing he has listened to me cry and done everything to help with transitioning her between medications and helping us understand her. He has also taken the time to make sure we were comfortable with the medicine.

This is the absolute best doctor my son has seen to date. He is the only doctor that is able to get my son comfortable and willing to cooperate.

We were referred to him for ADHD and he spent a good amount of time assessing my child, he listened to our specific struggles with the diagnosis and suggested a new medication and it was magic.

Dr mahood is the sweetest person ever. He is so calm and looks good too. He did my sons circumcision and it was absolutely nice. I will use him over and over again.

When I was 11 I was diagnosed with type one diabetes and Dr. Mahood was my doctor. I am now 25 and can still say he is the most amazing doctor and will do anything for his patients. I wouldn't bat an eye recommending him to anyone; my mom would call him in the middle of the night and he never missed her call when she needed him with help and questions . Dr. mahood saved my life.
