Had to take my glasses in about a week ago, because the lens popped out. 5 minutes, done, good as new. As the lenses were scratchy, I priced out new replacement lenses which was pricier than I hoped. I had mentioned how quickly they had scratched, given how new they were. Getting free replacement lenses. Had to go back today because a lens popped out of my spare set of glasses. Again, 5 minutes, in and out at no charge. Top notch customer service I'd say, and you won't get that kind if service from a bargain store. Excellent !.

Great place. Amazing people that work there. Been taken my kids and my self here since my kids were little. They have always helpped us out when glasses got broken. We are for ever customers. Will not shop any where else. Thanks lady's for the help today with my daughters broken glasses. Muchly appreciated.

Mal was very helpful. We went elsewhere to check out other prices. For a little bit more and Mals help we made the easy decision of coming back to purchase three family members glasses.

AMAZING staff, Dr. Minesh Kutlerywala is so patient and goes the extra mile to really listen and make you feel supported and heard. He has made me a believer in all things possible... I thought my vision was something I had to accept getting older...but no, he has given me my vision back, I can go scuba diving again! All the staff really care, special shout out to Wendy for her patiences with me and teaching me how to put in contacts Amazing place to go to have your vision check. 100% recommend this place and the staff.

Dr. Minesh was fantastic with my mother, who has dementia and can get confused when it comes to changes. He was very patient and kind when repeating things for her, and took into consideration whether she was cognitively capable of using a new type of glasses in her routine. He offered simple, affordable suggestions to meet her changing vision needs and was very reassuring about her eye health. Excellent care and understanding from his support team as well. Overall very positive and respectful experience. Thank you.

From the moment I walk in to after it’s over, everyone has my best interests in mind. Every step is explained to the ‘T’.
