Had an excellent experience with Dr. Basile and his staff. Front desk was kind and empathetic. Was desperate to see him without appointment and his staff saw my distress and quickly went to ask him to accommodate. He saw me and my husband during lunch and thank God he he did. We had been to 2 emergency departments and dismissed. After seeing us we got MRI within 3 days of seeing him. Dr Basile called us same day as MRI was done and quickly arranged for surgery. Thankfully we found his problem within 1 week of meeting Dr Basile. My husband is now on his way to recovery of his ability to walk. I was amazed at how quickly things happened once I saw Dr Basile. We had been dealing with this for almost 1 year. Thank you Dr Basile for seeing us without appointment. I know your appointments have a wait time but your compassion that day really made a difference in our lives and our children’s lives. Thank you.

Wow, what an experience! First of all, the office staff are kind and compassionate while the technician who did my nerve test was very patient with my anxiety regarding the test. Dr Basile spoke to me like one of his family members and explained my situation and used diagrams in the hallway of his office to help me understand. Finally a doctor that can teach in a way that I could understand. I would definitely recommend him, a blessing in this neighbourhood.

I wish I could write many good things about this Doctor but due to my health, it's hard for me to type.But this Doctor is godsend decent human being, he let me explain my issues and diagnosed quickly the Doctor let me speak I wrote all my symptoms, he listen and gave me a plenty of time ,very polite and cares people who need medical help May Allah bless this Doctor.

Dr. Basile treated me for concussion and nerve damage. His treatments, treatment planning, and service were and are exemplary and I have had excellent results. I am impressed with how effective the safe treatments have been his ability to deliver these with so much grace. I am grateful for the knowledge and care he gave me.
