Exceptionally professional, very courteous, and remarkably efficient. Throughout my whole experience with this clinic, staff, referral visits, subsequent appointments, surgery, and post-operative care, the team was exemplary. Dr. Sowerby thoroughly explained the Green-light procedure and presented alternative options. On the day of my surgery, he reassured me in the operating room and communicated with my wife post-operation. A few days later, I needed to contact the office while Dr. Sowerby was on vacation. His assistant, Angie Thurston, was incredibly helpful and genuinely caring. I highly recommend this clinic and am grateful to my family doctor for the referral.

A very busy office with exceptional staff capable of quick communication and confirmation. In-person experience was great, email interaction was clear and phone dialogue was pleasant. My appointment and my surgery was with Dr. Sowerby, and the interaction was quick, precise and right to the point. The surgery went well and his team at the Hospital was equally exceptional. I had an appointment with DR Garbens. She is amazing! I had issue that I lived with for a couple of years that a male doctor couldn’t give me the solution to or understand even. One appointment with her and she was able to see and understand the issue! Amazing! And the secretary was so kind! Even being busy she still showed kindness! All in all, amazing office and experience.

Had a consultation with Dr. Garbens about my BPH which I have had for about 2 yrs and have seen multiple doctors about. She is very kind and knowlegable in her field and after the consult and getting all the information and my questions about my options with her I have decided to have a Green Light TURP procedure done by her to addess my BPH symptoms since meds have not worked well for me and have had some unwanted side effects. Oh and her office staff are also super kind and helpful, a special shout out to office assistant Samantha for her excellent service and she too is super informative and punctual. All around what a medical speciality clinic should be! I will update this post once I have the surgery.
