“Dr. Deborah Lowy graduated with a Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo in 1981, where she received an award for academic excellence. Her training included an internship at Huronia Regional Centre and the Department of Ophthalmology at Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem. Dr. Lowy has been actively involved in the profession, serving on the Complaints Committee at the College of Optometrists of Ontario from 2000 to 2007, including as chair from 2004 to 2007. She also served two terms on the College’s council and was honoured with the Queen’s Jubilee medal for her work in third-world countries. Dr. Deborah Lowy is currently practicing at Lowy & Sewell Eye Care. Doctor Wan is really friendly and knowledgeable, he did my eye exam and patiently answered my questions. The staff are always smiling and helped me to with paying with my insurance. One of the staff listened to my preference, and nicely showed me around to help me pick up my frames, and patiently showed me different types of lens they have. Waiting to pick up my glasses next week.

This was my best experience with an Optometrist ever! Dr. Lowy was very friendly, personable and caring. She explained all aspects of my eye exam very clearly and patiently. Her optician staff and technician were also very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed. I will recommend Lowy & Sewell Eye Care to my family and friends.

I have been going to Dr. Lowy for many years and she is the best! My eyesight is very important to me and I totally trust her expert guidance and recommendations for my visual health. The staff in the clinic are great and always willing to help.

I’ve been seeing Dr Gagliardi for well over 25 years!! He has always been so attentive and made sure I was receiving the proper eye care in his clinic. As well his staff is Amazing!! So friendly and caring! They are knowledgable and answer any questions you may have! They have an excellent selection of eyewear to choose from as well !! Eyes on Weston is 5 stars.

Dr Gagliardi is very professional & listens to your concerns. He is also very knowledgeable & addresses any issue you may have. I have been his patient for over 20 years and trust him immensely with my vision care. The staff at his office are very pleasant & professional. Christine has been my go to for my selection of eyewear, I have a small face and she never misses the mark. Their selection is outstanding! Looking for a change?
