Dr Zwai was compassionate and very helpful. He is an expert on his field and saved me from a lifetime of pain. I was very fortunate to find such a wonderful surgeon who listened and explained everything! He was patient and funny and very kind as he discussed all my options. I highly recommend Dr Zwai!! His receptionist was a lifesaver. She was kind and caring on the phone and had all my paperwork ready when I arrived. She explained what my appointment would entail and even took a minute to chat with me. It was such a wonderful change to meet a busy and friendly receptionist who does the extra steps to run an efficient office and do paperwork quickly and still treat every patient kindly. Its so stressful to have back troubles and need a surgeon and the receptionist really helped me understand the process. I was grateful she was so willing to go above and beyond to help me.
