“Dr. Rhea Anderson graduated with honours from the University of Waterloo’s optometry program. She received several awards, including the E. J. Chisholm Memorial Scholarship for pediatric optometry, the A.W. Cole Award, the J.C. Thompson Award for clinical excellence, and the Eschenbach Low Vision Award. After graduating, she returned to her hometown of Indian Head, Saskatchewan. Dr. Anderson served on the council for the Saskatchewan Association of Optometrists for 12 years and was awarded the President’s Award in June 2019 for her dedication and hard work, including her role as president.
