I cannot thank Jacqueline and Asima enough for everything they have done over the past few months for me. They have been supportive and just overall absolutely amazing. I ordered glasses in January, then had a very unexpected eye surgery in February which changed my vision drastically and thus changed my prescription. Both ladies have been accommodating, helpful and just so supportive of my situation. They were determined to help me get a good pair of glasses and the prescription correct and continued to do so until we found a good pair! Thank you both so very much for everything and just for being wonderful human beings.

I purchased a new pair of glasses from the location at the Oshawa shopping centre today. I was greeted by the wonderful manager who I unfortunately don’t remember the name of, but dyed blonde hair, beautiful tattoos, and a welcoming smile. Never have I ever experienced such incredible customer service and someone who understands what it’s like to be a person. She was very helpful and was able to help me a bit with the cost as I’m a student. Words can’t express how grateful I am for meeting her today, I cannot thank her enough!

So impressed with the service I received! Not only was Dezarai super Professional, but also very honest with glasses that suited my face or did not. I ended up with a pair I absolutely love due to her honesty and attention to details. Getting my glasses only took a week and a half and I was fitted for them before I was aloud to leave the store, in order to confirm they fit properly. Very Impressed with the services I received, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of new glasses.
