I can't say enough good things about this yoga studio in north Oshawa! From the moment my friend and I walked in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine smiles from the incredibly welcoming staff! The instructors here are fantastic. They ensure that everyone, from beginners to experts feel supported and challenged. If you're looking for a yoga studio and feel nervous about trying something new, I promise the staff will make you feel as if they were waiting for your arrival. 100/10 recommend.

I am very new to yoga of any kind, but I love this studio. The staff is friendly & the instructors are amazing! I signed up for a trial to go with my daughter & now we can’t get enough. We not only hate to miss a day, but will often do 2 classes. The candlelight deep stretch is a great way to end our day! I have an injury that makes some movements difficult, but they are always ready to give you modifications, they do not expect perfect, they guide you to do the best you can, be safe in your movements and to have fun. I never imagined I would get so much out oxygen yoga. “ I Love My Life”.

Amazing!This is a place that epitomizes the words welcoming, community, strength, power, pride, relaxation, mindfulness. The meaning of each word applies to every level from beginner to advanced and to every class from a flowing stretch to a cardio burn. Front desk staff and instructors make you feel like you matter. As you move through each class from set up to participation to clean up you feel like you are part of a group, in it together, there for each other. You become stronger and can feel the power within yourself physically and mentally. Individually you feel pride in yourself for whatever you've just accomplished. The darker lighting and surrounding heat provides a calming environment and the opportunity to relax; become aware of the present moment and focus on your own feelings. As a beginner, learning and moving at my own pace, I have come to relish these classes and how I feel after each one. A feeling that stays with me in body and spirit long after. If you are hoping to improve your fitness or more importantly your mental well being. I implore you to try Oxygen Yoga Oshawa North!.

My wife and I are new members at TruBliss and have had a wonderful experience. After our first class (which was free) we were hooked. The staff have all been excellent with us, while each offering their own unique style. Not only has TruBliss provided a way to improve our physical health, it has also provided a way to enrich mine and my wife's relationship and spiritual connection. We look forward to continuing our practice and trying the other classes and meeting the other staff. Highly recommend - 10/10.

I've been taking Yoga Teacher Training here with Joanne for almost 10 weekends now and it's been a truly life changing experience. This studio is so welcoming and inclusive with an amazing community I've fallen in love with. I am beyond grateful I took my Teacher Training here, Joannes teaching style is wonderful, she's made this experience so enlightening and joyful. I've looked forward to every class. Bringing this practice into my life has been the best thing I've done in years. Taking YTT here has really brought my Yoga practice to a whole new level. I highly recommend looking into her.

I am a mature lady in need of a gentle but great workout. This is the place. No judging. Instructors always giving lots of options. My flexibility is improving,, I come into the classes stiff and leave feeling very flexible, emotionally grounded and ready to take on the day. I travel here from Ajax because this is where I feel welcome and get a good workout in.
