I have gone to Kerr Optical since I first started wearing glasses as a child. It is a wonderful family owned business. Where they know you by name, are always welcoming, always have a smile on their face, and work to help you find the right glasses or contacts to fit. If I could give more then 5 stars I would .

The best customer service. They go above and beyond to accommodate, especially in my case for my son who has a hard time in public settings. I’ll always buy my glasses here.

I had a great experience at Optical Warehouse. I walked in with a problem - one of the screws on my glasses was missing. From the moment entered, I was greeted with respect and kindness by the only staff member there. She immediately told me it wasn't an issue and that she could fix it in just a few minutes. She did exactly that - quick, professional, and with a great attitude. What impressed me the most is that she handed me back the repaired glasses without asking for any payment. I truly appreciate this kind of professionalism and generosity. Thank you, Optical Warehouse, for the excellent service. I highly recommend this place!

Alex and Varg make a great team at Optical Warehouse! They are professional, pleasant and very patient. There was a nice selection of frames and I found the pricing to be reasonable. After purchasing my glasses, I went back a few times for adjustments. Alex and Varg worked with me until everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place.

Best customer service! I received a proper recommendation on what contact lenses are best for my life style and perscription. I have worn contact lenses for year but with the contacts they recommended I have not seen this clear in years. It actually took my brain a few minutes to adjust to seeing the way you are suppose to. I feel so confident that these experts know what to recommend and why and fully educate you on how to keep your eyes healthy. I have become a life long customer!

Purchased my first pair of glasses from Roberta and her team last month. The attention to detail and the quality of the product they carry is great. She works to make sure you have the perfect fit and feel. I would highly recommended the team.
