There are not enough words to describe the wonderful experience I had with Kristina Hobson. She helped me recognize things in my life that I had locked away. She helped me get recovery from PTSD which was a result of Domestic Violence, she helped me recover from the worst depression of my life. She made me see that my self worth is not dependent on anyone else's opinion of me. She taught me how to stop being a people pleaser and how to set boundaries. I'm not longer a "yes" girl. I put myself first and make decisions after considering what is best for me. She guided me through a divorce which was by far the hardest thing I've ever dealt with in my life. She made me realize that marriage doesn't mean you have to stay with someone that has disconnected from the marriage. It takes 2 to make a marriage work. She also taught me that abuse isn't just physical & that was a huge eye opener for me. The amount of tears that were shed in her office felt endless. I highly recommend these ladies.

The SJ Psychology Centre provides a welcoming and safe space for individuals to embrace change and work on moving forward in their lives. From Reception on forward to actually meeting with the Psychologist, it is a welcoming environment with people who truly care about others. Shout out to Dr. Jane Walsh - she is absolutely lovely and "da bomb".

I've been seeing her monthly now for over 5 years, great with vets.
