Much gratitude to Acton Optical Nancy Wilkes and Nicole Walker. Our eldest couldn’t get her contact out and Nancy tried to assist remotely but at this point our daughter was frustrated and scared and at a loss for getting it out. Without hesitation, after closing Nancy said come on in and we’ll help. Within a few minutes we were on our way with a “no problem that’s what we’re here for”. This type of service is what truly makes our town special. We’ve had kids with glasses for 10 years and they’ve always been so helpful and kind. We’re now a full glasses family and sometimes I feel like they’ve unofficial adopted us we’re there so often for either new glasses, repairs or adjustments. Yet they are always friendly, professional with excellent service and great prices. Thanks ladies for all you do.
